About Christine Harrison

A Life Dedicated to Helping Others

As a mother of three, a small business owner, and a Registered Psychotherapist, my life’s work has been about listening, solving problems, and helping people move forward.

🧠

Understanding Needs

Through Focus Forward Health, I sit with residents and hear about the stress of modern life. I know firsthand that when government works well and protects affordability, daily life is less stressful.

Clinic to Council

I help individuals make positive changes, but to truly support Ward 5, we need systemic change. We need a City Councillor who is accessible, transparent, and focused on practical results.

Community Builder

Raising my three children in West Carleton-March has shown me the incredible heart of this community. I am deeply invested in our shared future and will fight for the services our families deserve.

Core Priorities

A Practical Voice for Rural Ottawa

Ward 5 is made up of strong villages, farms, small businesses, and communities that care deeply about where they live. Every project, every dollar, and every decision at City Hall should protect affordability, improve services, and deliver real benefits to our communities.

Keeping Taxes Low and Protecting Affordability

Families are feeling the pressure of inflation, rising costs, and uncertainty. Residents deserve a strong advocate at City Hall who understands that affordability matters. As your councillor, I will:

  • βœ“ Fight to keep property taxes low and push for responsible spending at City Hall.
  • βœ“ Focus on core services and ensure rural residents receive fair value for every tax dollar.
  • βœ“ Advocate for practical solutions that protect affordability for seniors, families, farmers, and small businesses.
